01. Eligibility & account

You must provide accurate information when registering (name, email, and phone number). Name, email, and phone number cannot be changed later without admin permission. The name you register may be used on certificates issued by DeepFix Training Institute.

02. Courses & content

Course materials, videos, and related content are for your personal learning only. You may not copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit content without written permission. We may update, add, or remove courses and features at any time.

03. Enrolment & payments

Access to paid or premium content may require enrolment or payment as shown in the app. Fees and refund policies, where applicable, will be communicated at the time of purchase.

04. Certificates

Certificates are issued only upon successful completion of eligible programs. Certificates reflect the name on your account at completion. Misrepresentation is prohibited.

05. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, harass users or staff, attempt unauthorized access, or use the service unlawfully. We may suspend or terminate violating accounts.

06. Availability

The app requires an internet connection and is not available offline. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

07. Intellectual property

All trademarks, logos, app design, and content are owned by DeepFix Training Institute or its licensors.

08. Privacy

Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not sell personal data for marketing.

09. Disclaimer & liability

The app and courses are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant specific employment or outcome results.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
